Graduate of the University of Delaware in 1982. Rick has
over 30 years experience in the design and processing of commercial site development
projects throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. He is a registered engineer
in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and Delaware. Rick
started Richardson Engineering, LLC in 1999 with the philosophy of providing innovative
and cost effective engineering design solutions together with service to the client.
This philosophy is the driving force behind the success of Richardson Engineering,
LLC. He
has successfully designed and processed hundreds of projects for a variety of
clients for sites from one half acre to 120 acres. Notable projects include the
William Donald Schaffer International Terminal at BWI, Bayview Hospital infrastructure,
Giant Food stores in Waiverly and Edmondson, and numerous churches in the metropolitan
area.
