Graduate of the University of Delaware in 1982. Rick has over 20 years experience in the design and processing of commercial site development projects throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. He is a registered engineer in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and Delaware.

Rick started Richardson Engineering, LLC in 1999 with the philosophy of providing innovative and cost effective engineering design solutions together with service to the client. This philosophy is the driving force behind the success of Richardson Engineering, LLC.

He has successfully designed and processed hundreds of projects for a variety of clients for sites from one half acre to 120 acres. Notable projects include the William Donald Schaffer International Terminal at BWI, Bayview Hospital infrastructure, Giant Food stores in Waiverly and Edmondson, and numerous churches in the metropolitan area.

Don graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa with Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree in 1976. Don has over 30 years of experience in the design and the processing of varied civil engineering projects both in South Africa and the Baltimore area. Don has been practicing engineering in the Baltimore area since 1986. He is a registered engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Don has designed and supervised numerous commercial and residential projects for a vast array of clients in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. He has experience in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Cecil County, Harford County and Howard County.

Dan is a graduate engineer from The Pennsylvania State University, with a Masters in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University. He is a registered engineer in Maryland and Pennsylvania with over 18 years of experience. His experience includes: stormwater management design, sediment and erosion control, flood studies, stream restoration, utility design and other aspects of site design for commercial, residential, industrial and institutional developments. In the coming months, Dan will also be working on obtaining the LEED accreditation for green projects.

Brian Kowalczyk is a project engineer with over 8 years of design experience and has been performing project manager tasks for the last 2 years. His work entails multiple facets of design for the development of both residential and commercial properties. Some of which include road, utility, grading, sediment control and stormwater management design. Over the years, Brian has overseen projects primarily within the jurisdictions of Baltimore City and Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Anne Arundel Counties. He will soon be sitting for his PE license to add to his diverse engineering background. Growing up in Buffalo, New York, Brian has received his AAS in Surveying Technology from the Alfred State College, New York and his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New York at Buffalo and has been a resident of Maryland since in 1996.
